The UK has now left the EU and the transition period ends on 31st December 2020.
After this date, parcels sent to the EU might incur import duty fees if they are inspected by customs in your home country, dependent upon the country's own rules and upon the value of the parcel's contents.
If you do incur such a fee, I will happily refund this to you in the form of discount(s) to the same value on any future orders that you place with me through www.shinyshortzryan.com
Simply email me photographic proof of the import duty that you were charged, along with a photo of the item and its original packaging and I will send you discount code(s) to use when placing your next order(s).
(NB: You won't be able to use the Import Duty Cashback offer in addition to any other discount codes that may be available on my site, so please double check how you can get your best possible discount before applying the code.)
To avoid the risk of incurring high fees, you might find it more economical/practical to place multiple small orders, rather than a single large order. Small parcels also tend to be processed more swiftly through most countries' postal systems, and your parcel is less likely to be held up in customs if it's not too large.
Just ask me before ordering and I will be happy to advise about the best process to use.
