Where do you Ship?
I'm happy to ship orders to anywhere in the world. I use Royal Mail, which I find to be an excellent service. See my mailing rates for pricing and consider choosing "Tracked and Signed For" if you want peace of mind or if the mail is less reliable where you are.
How long will it take you to make and Dispatch my order?
This can vary a great deal. Each pair of shorts takes me between 1 and 2 hours to make and I prefer not to make more than 6 pairs of shorts per working day. Each day, I receive orders for between 8 and 10 items. On occasion, I am able to start making your order on the same day that I receive it, but at very busy times, it can take me up to seven days before I get round to starting individual orders. (I also need a day off now and then!) You can check how long I am currently taking to make orders by referring to the main Shop page.
If receiving your order quickly is important, consider purchasing my Express Service which means I will put your order to the top of the queue.

What if I'm not sURE Which Size To Order?
I have developed my sizes through trial and error, referring to generally accepted sizing norms and then adapting them according both to the fabrics that I work with and to customer expectations. However, everybody's body shape being different means that my standard products cannot possibly be an ideal fit for every individual. Therefore, do refer to my Size Guides and get in touch if you have any particular requests regarding modifications to the standard designs. Some guys ask for a slightly longer leg, for example, or for a tighter waistband. I can do this without difficulty and usually at no extra cost, so please don't be afraid of asking: I'm very happy to discuss your requirements before you place an order.
What are your Fabrics Like?
It is notoriously difficult to describe fabrics and ordering online will sometimes inevitably lead to disappointments (and pleasant surprises!) Some of my fabrics have to be ordered in online, as I cannot get hold of them in the UK, so I know from my own experience how hit-and-miss it can be. For this reason, I have created Fabric Sample Cards featuring all of my currently available fabrics. These come with a coupon which enables you to claim your the cost of the samples back (minus postage) when you place a full order.
If I don't have a particular fabric that you want, let me know. If I can find it, I will get it for you. (Better still, if you can point me in the right direction so I don't have to go trawling, that would be brilliant!)

Can I get a Refund If I don't Like an Item?
Absolutely, provided there is a valid reason. Just send it back to me in perfect condition and, once I receive it, I will either refund you the original cost of the item via Paypal or make you a free replacement if you prefer.
Please note that I don't refund return postage costs, so you will need to cover these yourself.

Can You make anything that I want?
It depends. The main constraints in regard to creating bespoke items are:
a) whether I have the necessary skills
b) whether I have the time
c) whether I can get the necessary materials
The only way to be sure is to get in touch with me with your ideas and if I can do it, I will certainly try. No promises though!

Do You Do 'Special requests'?
It depends what they are. Don't be shy of asking, but don't be offended if I have to refuse.
Why are your products more expensive on Ebay?
Ebay takes a hefty chunk of commission off each sale, in addition to the commission taken by Paypal. If you buy through this website, I only have to pay commission to Paypal.
Why don't you offer my size?
Anything smaller than XS and anything larger than 3XL is entirely possible. I just prefer you to get in touch to discuss beforehand so I know exactly what measurements you are expecting. (Being a size M myself, I find it harder to visualise how the sizes at the extreme ends of the scale whilst making and can't use my own body as a reliable template.) Feel free to send me pictures as well as measurements if that helps you to get across what you're after. Once we have agreed what you want, you can then place an order using one of the existing listings and then just add a 'sizing as discussed' note to the order.
NB: Any pictures sent to me obviously need to be legal.

Why don't you Offer Other items like trackies?
The answer is that I will offer other items, but you just need to be patient. Since summer 2016, I have been working up to ten hours a day just making and sending out the items that I already have on the website, such has been the demand. Therefore, finding the time to develop and release new designs is tricky. Just keep watching the website and sign up for updates. Trackies and other items will appear... eventually!
