WORK SCHEDULE
As I work alone as a one-man enterprise, making all items from scratch, there will always be a delay between the time of your order and time when I can make and dispatch it.
I can make an average of six items per day, but this will vary according to complexity, of course.

Please note that as of April 2022, to celebrate five years of pretty much non-stop work, I am finally giving myself a 'weekend', which will be thursday and friday of every week. if i don't reply to messages on these days, don't worry - I will get back to you asap!
