These CUT-AWAY HIPSTER SHORTS are made to measure from ultra-thin glossy PU-coated nylon taffeta, a high gloss fabric which feels very light and silky, and which is normally used to create the outer shell of down jackets.


For these shorts, I use my usual pattern for lo-rise hipster shorts, but with cut-away holes to the SIDES (see the red shorts in the photos), to the FRONT ONLY (see the royal blue shorts in the photos), to the REAR ONLY (see the silver shorts in the photos), or to BOTH FRONT & REAR (see the hot pink shorts in the photos). The shorts are finished with acetate satin trim around the legs in the colour of your choice. The trim can be narrow or wide. (The photos show examples using the wide trim - if you choose the narrow trim, it will be half as wide). I make these shorts personally for you from scratch to your preferred size. All sizes are available from XS to 3XL. You can also add optional extras such as pockets, draw cord and different styles of waistband.


The shorts are machine-washable up to 40 degrees, should not be ironed and should be left to drip dry. (If you would prefer a different type of fabric, I can use any of my available fabrics - just have a browse here and let me know the code of the fabric that you want.)


You receive a brand new unworn pair, made to order - the shorts worn in the pictures are not sent.
